Ingredients:( make 5 cups of tea)
- Basic chalk tea: 120ml whipped cream, 120ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 40g of alum sugar, 1 teaspoon of almond oil, 20ml of warm water, 7 grams of gelatin powder( or 3 leaves of gelatin), 1 teaspoon of iron almond slice.
- Green tea chalk tea: 120ml fresh milk cream, 120ml fresh milk without sugar, 40g of alum sugar, 1 teaspoon of green tea powder, 20ml of warm water, 20ml of warm water to mix with green tea powder, 7g of gelatine powder( or 3 leaf gelatine), 1 tablespoon of almond iron slices.
- Sugar broth to eat with: 40g of alum sugar
- Longan rice has been seeded, or fresh lychee fruit has taken seeds

- Gelatine powder for large bowls.
Add 20 ml of warm water, dissolve the gelatine.
- Put fresh cream, milk, and sugar in a pot, bring to a low boil until all sugar is dissolved.
- Pour slowly the gelatin powder dissolved with warm water in step 2 into the pot of heated milk, stir gently with a spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then add almond oil.
- Take the pot out of the kitchen, pour it into a clean glass mold, let it cool completely, then put it in the refrigerator, leave for 4- 5 hours until it is completely frozen.

Part of green tea chunk of tea: give green tea, mix 20ml of warm water to dissolve the green tea powder completely.

- Grilled almonds at 160 degrees Celsius for 3- 4 minutes until almonds are cooked, or can be roasted on the stove until almonds are golden.
- When using for a little white jelly or green tea jelly in the bowl, add lychee, fill with sugar water, sprinkle almonds on the surface, use cold.
